Orijin® Cassave sticks: 1kg
Salt & pepper
Frying oil: 3l
Chef tip: dip generously the Cassava sticks into the Head Country® Homestyle Barbecue sauce.
Poor the oil into a pan or deep frying machine, preheat it at 180°C.
Fry the sticks for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
