Ingredients for 6 burgers:
Orijin® Brioche Bun: 6
Breaded fish fillets: 6
Philadelphia®: 180g
Tarragon: ½ bouquet
Chives: 10 sprigs
Caper: 15g
Baby lettuce: 2
Shallot: 1 piece
Salt and pepper
Chef tip: you can add avocado and serve the Burger with Orijin sweet potato fries.
Pour the oil in a pan or use a deep frying machine, heat it to 180°C.
Thinly sliced the tarragon, the chives and the capers. Chop the shallot.
Quickly whisk Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, while adding herbs and shallot, salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven on grill mode.
Deep fry the fish fillets for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Well drain them on paper towels to absorb excess of oil, then salt them.
Toast the Orijin® Brioche Buns.
Generously spread the bottom side of the Buns with Philadelphia® sauce, add the fish fillets, cover with 2 salad leaves and close the Burger. Serve immediatly and enjoy !
