Orijin® Turmeric Burger with roasted chicken

Ingredients for 6:
Orijin® Turmeric Buns: 6
Chicken fillets: 6
Marinated pepper: 12 slices
Cherry tomatoes : 20
Red onion: ½ piece
Green salad: ¼ piece
Greek yoghurt: 200g
Lemon: 1 piece
Mustard: 1 tea spoon
Salt & ground pepper


Chef tip: prepare a marinade made with a dash of olive oil, lemon juice, herbs and spices (oregano, thyme, paprika) ; soak the chicken fillets for few hours.


Prepare the yoghurt sauce: mix the yoghurt and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth. Add the mustard and the chives.
Keep it cold.
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel and thinly slice the red onion.
Preheat the oven on grill mode.


Cook the chicken fillets over hight heat, salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, , toast each side of Orijin® Turmeric Buns about 1 min.


On the bottom side of the Orijin® Turmeric Buns, place the salad leaves and the grilled chicken fillets above. Lay on the marinated peppers, the half cherry tomatoes, the red onion slices and spread the yoghurt sauce on top. Enjoy your Burger!
