Pastrami Bagel

Ingredients for 6:

Orijin® Bagel: 6
⁃ Pastrami : 12 slices
⁃ Mustard: 6 table spoon
⁃ Liquid honey: 6 table spoon
Philadelphia® cream cheese: 300g
⁃ Cheddar: 6 slices
⁃ Babby lettuce: 1 piece
⁃ Gherkins: 6 pieces
⁃ Tomatoes : 2 pieces
⁃ Espelette pepper: 3 pinches
⁃ Olive oil: 10cl
⁃ Salt and pepper


Prepare the sauce mixing the following ingredients: Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, honey, mustard, Espelette pepper, salt and pepper. Keep it cold.
Cut the tomatoes into slices, chop the gherkins and remove the leaves from lettuce salad.
Keep all aside.


Slice the Orijin® Bagel in half and toast each side.


On the bottom side of the Bagel, generously spread the Philadelphia® sauce, add the pastrami slices, the tomato slices, the gherkins chopped, the cheddar slices and finish with the lettuce leaves already seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper.
