Salmon Pita

Ingredients for 6 sandwhiches:

Pita bread Orijin® : 6
Smoked salmon: 180g
Greek yoghurt: 200g
Milk: 15cl
Olive oil: 8cl
Lemon:  2
Parsil: ¼ bunch
Coriander: ¼ bunch
Chives: ¼ bunch
Cucumber: ½
Red onion: ½
Tomatoes: 2
Golden apples: 2
Salt and pepper


Prepare the herbs sauce by mixing following ingredients in a bowl: yoghurt, milk, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into thin slices.
Thinly slice the red onion.
Thinly slice the apples and sprinkle them with lemon juice (to avoid fruit oxidisation).
Keep all aside.


Brush the Pita bread Orijin® with water and put it in the oven (preheated at 180°C) for about 2 min.
Slice it in half.


Generously spread the yoghurt sauce into the Pita bread Orijin®.
Add the tomato, cucumber and apple slices.
Cover with a slice of smoked salmon.
