Ingredients for 4:
Orijin® Folded Naan: 4
Sugar: 160g
Liquid cream: 10cl
Salted butter: 45g
Chef tip: this dessert can be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Put the sugar in a saucepan and heat it until you obtain a brown caramel.
While stirring, add the cream until caramel and cream are both mixed up.
Away from the heat, add the butter and slightly stir the mix.
Leave it to cool.
Steam the Orijin® Folded Naan for about 20 seconds or brush it with water and put it in the oven (preheated at 180°C) for about 2 min.
Sprinkle the caramel on the Orijin® Folded Naan and serve. Enjoy!
